VP of Development
Brandon Graham is the Vice President of Development of Array by Raines, one of the Southeast’s premier commercial real estate and office development firms. Born and raised in Anderson, SC, Graham attended the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management and minored in both political science and hospitality & tourism. Now, Graham has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry, including time at Crescent Commercial, Grand Oak Realty, and most recently, Four 17 Partners. During his time at Four 17 Partners, Graham built a relationship with Raines through their development partnership and eventually joined their Array division in 2021.
When it comes to real estate development and the hospitality industry, Graham enjoys creating something from nothing — taking an idea and turning it into a physical asset for the project team and community. At Array, Graham enjoys being involved with a talented team that navigates the unique and complex processes of opening a hotel. Each day and every deal present a new challenge, which keeps him interested and excited.
Graham lives in Charleston, SC with his wife and two young sons. When he’s not working, he enjoys sports, playing golf, being on the water, and coaching his sons in youth sports.
